Iris Grant possesses a combined 15 years’ experience in sales, leasing, and marketing and provides real estate advisory services to clients in Houston. Iris believes in providing her clients with excellent customer service and strives to always place the client’s needs above all else with every transaction she negotiates.
Iris began her career working on the tenant representation side, exclusively with health care professionals relocating to Houston. After three successful years, she then went to work for some of the more cutting edge condominium developers in Houston. Iris spent several years as the top producer selling mid-rise and high-rise condominium projects representing the developers.
From there, she transitioned to commercial property management with Colliers, which allowed her to gain extensive knowledge in landlord representation. Whether working with Houston natives or relocation clients, her background gives her perspective that allows her to more effectively represent the needs of the client in each transaction.
